Across public-sector, financial-services, retail, and technology environments, I've helped organizations manage cyber risk, strengthen critical operations, prepare for disruption, and build practical recovery capabilities.
As a cybersecurity executive, resilience leader, consultant, and U.S. Navy veteran, I bring both perspectives to the table: the strategy required in the executive room and the execution required when the plan has to work.

Alvin Abrams is a seasoned cybersecurity and networking expert with over 20 years of experience designing, securing, and optimizing IT infrastructures for global organizations.
Alvin’s expertise spans network security architecture, risk management, threat detection, and incident response, with a strong track record in achieving ISO 27001 certification and implementing cutting-edge security solutions. He has successfully led global teams, managed multi-million-dollar technology investments, and introduced innovative security frameworks, including Zero Trust and SASE, to safeguard business-critical assets.
A mentor and thought leader, Alvin is passionate about developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. He holds industry-recognized certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CCZT, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and has completed executive education in cybersecurity at MIT.

Xavier is a Partner at Bitstc. He is Founder of The IAM Company (professional services and technology solutions) and Co-Founder of BI3 Solutions (Data Management). Xavier provided Consulting Industry leadership as Senior Director (Associate Partner) for marchFIRST ($1B+ professional services firm). He created and developed the Enterprise Applications Development (EAD) practice to provide strategic services and solutions offerings to clients using highly evolved strategies and technology. Xavier has over twenty (20) years of experience helping Business Leaders understand their business needs better to improve operations and interactions with Customers (to improve internal/external CSAT).
Xavier provides Business – Technology Strategy leadership to determine how technology applies to improve business performance based on his business leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies. As Senior Manager | Director for Johnson & Johnson (J & J), he collaborated with Executive Leadership Team(s) of various organizations (Sales, Marketing, Finance, & Human Resources) to develop strategies for technology to improve business operations. His areas of expertise include Strategic Governance, Program Management, Knowledge Management, Contract Management, Enterprise Messaging, and Customer Resource Management (CRM). He chaired a CRM Standardization initiative within a business sector at Johnson & Johnson (10 Operating Companies). As an Enterprise Consultant for IBM, he led business transformation initiatives for various Silicon Valley clients. Xavier began his career as a Software Engineer for Motorola developing software for mobile cellular and base-station communications products. He is experienced in product development, developing complex real-time communication software, and embedded software systems. His product development expertise includes leverage of progressive Computer Aided Software Engineering solutions and methodologies as well as the application of structured analysis and design techniques.
